| I have built all my ships and it still says my manpower isin use. all of it . wut do i do? do i recycle all my ships? can i build more ships? please help |

Well, once you have used all your mp, you cannot build anymore ships unless you recycle or some get shot.
Usually they will get shot pretty quick. |

no there's no, manpower is almost the same for everybody so everyone has the same chance to win points againts anybody so it'd only depend on straytegy how good you're and how high are you in the charts.
