I built myself a mobile TWG, but when it was complete it immediately engaged my fleet 1 that was in the base. I got this kind of battlereport:

What gives? I fought with the mobile TWG that I built myself. Was it caused by the fact that i had an attack code on fleet 1? This really should not happen. At least i did not lose points over this.

stupidity 
you have to use defense mode around the M TWG.
but i think it should be by the code of the alliance.
