| is like a fleet tender but with a cloaking device? warp 10 is to much and also with cloaking device?! so what is the point of slef destroy if that ship never gonnat have a battle? |

1. because hte calc thing said so and i would have had it a bit lower.
2. because it has cloak and warp 10 the mp makes up for that.
3. so you can sneak up on someone and attack thier fleet or their planet. |
