It is a duplicate of the cyclops with double firepower.
So impossible cos it replicates an already existing ship, and at the least mp 240.
Also if it were to fight at the beginning of the battle, it would need to be class one. |

Bjork is right, I think the basic rules must be applied before you 'invent' a ship:
- No mass destruction
- Ship must have a sort of drawback
- No duplicates of existing ships
