Here my battle reports, my fleet attacked twice, with exactly the same ships. And the counterfleet had the same ships to. It must be a bug.

21.11 16:58:19 - your fleet arrived
21.11 13:16:39 - the enemy fleet arrived
your fleet 1 fights against fleet 1 from Dark Logic of Dark MC at xxx/xxx/xx
21.11 16:57:44 - your fleet arrived
21.11 13:17:19 - the enemy fleet arrived
I scored double points so i don't mind actually. But i just mentioned it.

That reminds me of the time when I fought twice in the BH two rounds ago, and lost one Dread more than I actually had... and still had 4 left 
It's a bug... Thanks to it, I didn't make it into 4th place then
