hello , i am the MoC of the peox allaince, a small but cool and international alliance.
it is my job to do the diplomatics. Under this topic we will inform you about the latest diplomatics and so on.
at the time we have no naps or something.

Well, technically...
According to the Code of Diplomacy dating back to the Viena Congress held in 1815, every diplomat, even of the lowest rank, is a representative of his country. Insulting a diplomat (no matter what the rank) is an insult to the whole country. Such an insult can have the heaviest consiqences.
Now, the MoC IS the highest alliance representative in the field of diplomacy, above him is only the leader, and that's only in some situations. E.g. you as the MoC are the highest diplomat in the alliance. Shortly, according to the Rules of Diplomacy, the Borg have declared you a war

Well, i am sure borg will never get clearance to land, they never nagotiate, they assimilate. So be aware!
On the other hand, Illuminati will nagotiate, we are mostly a friendly alliance (except from a few this is after all a war game) and will do mostly diplomatic missions.
So choose your friends and enemies well, read the forums and make your mind up. We wish you all the luck, signed Illuminati, the new world order.
