Sorry I had only seen a suggestion, not a correction, to make that ship not to attack class 4.
Besides you have still a fight command without any ap. (common mistake)
But let's compare
time slipper wailer
250 ap (destroys 1 ship in class 1,2,3)
500 lp 1000 lp
1000 mp 500 mp
warp 8 warp 9
Both ships has an good attack function. That is equal.
So it has double lp and 1 warp more but it cost half of the mp of the timeslipper.
That is not exactly fair. So I think this ship is not balanced with the time slipper.
It isn't balanced compared to the mothership either. Because it goes 80% faster than the mothership and cost only 56.25 % more. That is already unfair and then the wailer destroys 1 ship too.
Conclusion: this super nanite ship don't have any drawbacks to compensate the advantages and is thus unbalanced.
And inventing ships isn't aimed to give your race an advantage above others but make the SpaceTrace game a better game and the races better matched and more unique.

You need other mothership to get the ship back

If you want a fast warp ship I say become e-ray, human or kazuuula or learn to live with, because nanites have ships e-rays don't have.

The best fast capable ship is the: Lowrider but one good option is the Time Slipper
But never use the Fleet Tender...
