once this research has been finished, you will have established a dictatorship on your plannet. following this tragig event, some inhabitants will flee or be banned from your planet (--] decreases manpower of your planet), but it will make all your military more skilled. rankings are now available.

the ranks should be given to ships that survived a few battles, so that they could increase their skills. like, if a fighter didn't die for 5 battles, it gets +1 lp, or +1 ap, or can fire a second time each battle.. blabla.
since this could be a major shakeup, i didn't clarify the skills yet. same with the manpower it'll take away. since i don't know how much you'd have to take away to keep the gameplay balanced (if this is possible with this research) i left it open for discussion. please, tell me what you think, write down suggestions for skills, mp, other changes it does etc. |
