we are 2 members right now. we have played b4 and know all kind of tactics and strategies. our personal score doesn't matter. all we seek for is a high score for the alliance. therefore we sometimes sacrifice parts of our fleet so that another member can get in and clean up the rest and get the big points. we started to play this game in one of the first rounds (1 or 2 i guess), and proved to be taken serious even though the round was almost at its end and we were total newbs. we gained respect in less than 2 weeks and i was to be found in the top 10 2-1/2 weeks later. our alliance (cfob--commandoforce oberbruch) was well known for our "holy battles" at the black hole. everybody wanted to take it away from us, but noone ever succeeded. we got in contact with the 2 top alliances and had some long discussions with them about tactics, ships, fleets, etc. and started to battle with them. shortly afterwards i was asked to join one of them. the leader at that point was penguin (maybe u remember him?). he went on vacation and made me leader of the alliance. even after he came back he still wanted me to be the leader. we gained quite some experience in fighting during that time. now we search for 3-4 active players who r willing to join our alliance and shake up some ppl pretty bad. if you want to join, you should have won some battles and gained experience, know how to crush an enemy and how to optimize and specialize your fleet, sacrifice yourself for others by clearing the way or defending an ally, etc. if there's one thing that we can assure you, it's fun. fun and a whole shitload of points for you and your mates. just write a message to the BigBaddaBoom alliance.
