If I'm not mistaken it enables you to trade with inventions...
Just send one to the planet you want to trade with!
BTW : think its much to expensive!!!!! |

| i think the person who is giving the tech. loses 100 score for each tech being transferred sorta thing. |

the only tradeble researches are artefacts.
actually there are no artifacts in game -> the carrier is not needed right now, but later. |

So I thought that the artifact carrier was a ship to trade with inventions!!!
That's kinda stupid to put a ship in the game which is of NO use, isn't it!

with the artifact carrier you can take artifakts to other players.
so far there where no artifacts positioned in the game. we thought about placing some every now and then to add some spice into the game-flow, but we found out, that the game is spicy enough without artifacts already

So what would artifacts be good for?
Something you can get points with? Or ships? Or is it something which you can trade things with that have an extra function? |

artifacts are inventions of a special kind. they can be found on planets like the other inventions, that can be found on planets, but it is not posible to research it, not even on the planetary research facilities.
only one player can posess the artifact.
but that player would have an advantage to the others, so we thought it is better if everybody can research the new technologies on planets |
