delayed portable blackhole (dpb) (class 3 ship)
this ship creates a mini blackhole after the class3 battle is over. it is much like the doomstar, but unlike the doomstar, this ship only swallows class2, is a class3 ship, and has a greater risk of being destroyed. only one can be active.
attack/life: 0/650
manpower: 1000
researchtime: 5 d
buildingtime: 18 h
needed research:
gravity
battle details:
after the fight of each subbattle of your class 3 it modifies AP/LP by -5000/-5000 of all ships of any ship-type in both fleets in the same class
battlemessage: "dpb creates a blackhole that swallows all class2 ... ships"
(battle engine syntax: event,3,mod,both,all,this,all,+,-5000,-5000,dpb creates a blackhole that swallows all class2)

this ship is balanced becuase not only is this a class 3, but it only can shoot if it survives the class 3 battle.

Simply put it is in impossible already because it was at the top, when I started moving ships.
It is impossible as, we dont want any more mass destruction ships at this time. ( The spectre has been modified twice already.)
Consider, a doomstar is very destructive, but easy to spot.
A spectre not so easy to spot but you can usually tell.
A class 2 destroyer would be almost impossible to spot, and hence, unbalanced. |

| yes if you have noticed i put a event command. That means it will not attack. It will only attack after the battle has finished. That means it has a greater chance of getting destroyed and maybe i can lower the lp. Happy? |
