| Do only those cybrid I units turn into cybrid II which participate in a battle or can you produce cybrid II units after you´ve used them once? |

It's as if you have war-veterans!
When a Cybrid I fights in a battle and survives it'll become Cybrid II. You can only produce Cybrid I units.
