proffesional reconstructor (class 4 ship)
as i don¸t know if the reconstructors reconstruct the ships that self-destruct themselves, i think this ship looks good.
it is a ship who reconstruct the self-destructed ships at the end of the battle, only one can be actived.
(caution! self destruct!) and cannot be reconstructed by another 
(i don¸t know rightly to programate it, but i do my best, please admins check it out)

(battle engine syntax: reconst,self,200,all,all,5500,this reconstructor reconstruct all your self-destructed ships!)
