like a mantis but class4 and can provide a warp only for itslef

battle details:modifies AP and LP by -5000/-5000 of all ships of any ship-type in the enemy fleet in class 4 but some ships and buildings are immune against this effect
(battle engine syntax: kill,enemy,all,4,all)

who invented that ship? well, the mothership cost 320 mp and the mantis 350...... 670 in total, and this ship 700.... in the mp is balanced, yes.. this can be added

why would i make this if i could just make a mantis and mothership for less mp? i dont see the point.

niether do i. perhaps if it costed just 650 mp. i could be saving 20 mp. it could take more time to build or research the ship. or it could be slower, it could go at warp 4.

one more thing this should take a lot longer just a mantis takes 3 days to research and 16 hours to build. Plus since it is a duplicate of the mantis it is not needed. stick with the mantis.

yta sabia que ibas a hablar tu adamx17, bueno, creo que la razon de esta nave es que los humanos y los nanites que no tienen tecnologia kazuula puedan tener algo parecido a la tecnologia de los kazuula, well i think that the propose of this ship is give to the nanites and human a ship with the same function of the mantis

nanites and mycilloid cant get a ship with the same function as doomstar so why should it with this one? I mean if you say if you make a ship for one side then the other has to get an equal ship what is the point in getting to pick your races?

nanites and humans CANNOT take kazuuula tech and they cannot have the mantis and the doomstar both class1 class2 and class3 NO CALSS4!!!!!!!!!!!!

no i was just saying that if you make a ship that is equal to another's then what is the point in having race specific ships. i was making an example. i could just as easily say that i want a doomstar like ship for nanites and mycilloids. it is the same thing as what you are saying. if we keep doing this there will be equal ships on both sides and then there is no point in being able to pick races. thats what i was saying.

That is the whole point of having racially specific ships. If every race has the same types of ships, then there would be no point to being a certain race.

Actually it does matter what you think. Remember also that I am just a player too, I am not admin. I simply move ships to the impossible category so as to make it easier to choose ships that are practical. I have been trying to leave them in for a few comments lately before moving them. I also move ships into the forum when I get the chance, but there are so many it is hard to keep up with it. I do not choose which ships make it into the game, as a player I have been pleased when ships I invented made it, and dissapointed when ships I invented that I thought were really cool did not make it.

But Adam makes quite a valid point. When designing a ship for a race try to keep in mind the style of that race. One of my failed ships was a sort of duplicate of the cluster cruiser but for erays. It was rejected as a duplicate and rightly so, but I tried again, and the next ship, the flamingo is now in the game. So erays gained some strength in class 3 although it took me a couple of tries.
