I have said this ship make you unable to move fleet for 1 hour, add it 2 extra probe (3 with Final Exploration) and some allies
You can put your enemy in his home forever!!!

It shouldn't work agaisnt Doomstars, this weapon cost a lot to be jammed by a single ship
The Shadow Star doesn't have any effect in battle

Take out the Warp to don't make it unbalanced, and it is like the Multi Emp Vessel
