bleh.. what the heck is the point of a ship that jams only 1 ship? The emp fighter is such a waste of time building.. i'd rather it shoot a fighter than jam it. And what's a MULTI-emp vessel that jams ...

I think you should decrease the wait time to maybe 12 hours.. 24 is way too long =)
