If it is a bird of peace why dont you make it so that if forces yourself and any opposing fleets to both become on defence mode. It means it can be used like the fleet tender or as a scout.

How about this:

If ur in an alliance and respawn while ur still in it points stay in the alliance? even when u go to 0

It would mean that the alliance would then be a separate entity.
