This research was supposed to open up a new style of warfare.
What i didnt mention is that these missiles were to be fired from a building (in which you need this research to get) near your base. |

Have to agree. Too off-balance. Try to make it so that way only some ships gets disabled. becuase if two fleets have this ship...you have a stalemate. Not a good thing.
