Hi....ive sent to fleets out into the galaxy...but apprently, i sent them outside of the galaxy....can i have some help of the the X,Y,Z, cordinates in?

Hello....I'm a newbie here and I was going to ask this qns......now if i make a new alliance, then other players can come and join...right?
