Hmmm... not a bad ship at all, make me remember of an MtG card called the hive too. However it needs some changes, I think it's best fitted to Nanites or Mycilloids.

It seems that you've had a painfull past with Blockades anyway it's too much MP for a 1/1 class one ship targeting only Blockade Runners...

I think the idea is to limit the number of fleets in the same sector to 6, and to limit the number of manpower totalized by 1st, 2nd and 3rd class ships in each fleet to 1250.
