Of course this is allowed.
Just try to do it with your ally members, so that you don't get any advantage.
Some people do such things with multis to gain points, that of course is not allowed *g*.

If you have sent this probe to x/y/z, all fleets, that are at the same coords, can't fly away.
But this can only be done for one day, then there is no energy ...
